SEC Pays $23 Million to Two Whistleblowers for Reporting Securities Fraud

https://www.californiasecuritiesfraudlawyerblog.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/393/2016/11/sec-crest.bin_-300x202.jpgThe Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently announced awards of approximately $10 million and $13 million, respectively, to two whistleblowers.  Since the Whistleblower program began, the SEC has awarded over $928 million to whistleblowers who provided information and assistance that led to a successful SEC enforcement action.
